Effective August 2022, Megan Lanceleve will be Vice Principal of École Notre Dame Elementary School.

New chapter for Megan Lanceleve

COLD LAKE -  Megan Lanceleve is entering a new chapter in her career, and it’s going to be an adventure.

Megan grew up attending Lakeland Catholic Schools, so it was fitting when she became a teacher she would come back to where it all began.

Now, five years after starting her teaching career at Holy Cross Elementary School, Megan is becoming Vice Principal of École  Notre Dame Elementary School.

“I am excited to work in a new role and the skills  that come with it. I am also looking forward to being active in a different community,” she said.

She hopes to continue to bring the sense of community students, staff, and families have grown to love at École Notre Dame Elementary.

“I hope to foster a sense of approachability to the school and the families we serve. I want to ensure our students’ needs are met not only from an educational standpoint, but also physically, emotionally, and spiritually,” Megan added.

Megan attended St. Dominic Elementary School before graduating at Assumption Jr/Sr High School. She attended the University of Alberta where she completed her Bachelor of Education degree.

Outside of school Megan can be found on the court, coaching volleyball. She also enjoys the outdoors, boating, watching sports, and reading.
