April’s Catholic Social Teaching highlights the importance of each person’s voice and the responsibility we share in building strong, caring communities. It reminds us that everyone has a role to play, and that each contribution matters.
In our schools, Participation is reflected in the ways students engage in learning, share their ideas, support their peers, and take part in school life. It fosters a strong sense of belonging, responsibility, and connection.

MHM Spring Poster Contest
Throughout this Easter season, we are reminded that even the smallest acts—done with great love—can make a meaningful difference.
Lakeland Catholic students are invited to take part in our Mental Health Matters “Small Things with Great Love” Poster Contest, inspired by the words of St. Teresa of Calcutta. This is a great opportunity to express creativity while reflecting on kindness, compassion, and care for others.
