LCSD Early Learning Foundations

Preschool & Kindergarten - Register Today!

Lakeland Catholic School Division is proud to introduce LCSD Early Learning Foundations — our unified early learning registration for Preschool (PK3), (PK4), and Kindergarten. We are currently taking registrations for the upcoming school year!

Early learning at Lakeland Catholic is not a collection of separate programs. It is a cohesive, intentionally designed educational foundation, with clear and age-appropriate entry points for children ages 3–5, supporting long-term success in learning and faith formation.

A Strong Start Changes Everything

LCSD Early Learning Foundations focuses on:

  • Early literacy and numeracy

  • Confidence, routine, and foundational learning skills

  • Faith formation in a Christ-centred environment

  • Strong pathways into Grade 1 and beyond

Learning takes place in classrooms led by educators who understand how young children learn best, fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning from the very beginning.

LCSD Early Learning Foundations programs are intentionally designed to support learning, faith development, and long-term student success, rooted in our mission with Christ as our model and children as our focus.

Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten are connected stages within a larger learning journey, each building toward confidence, readiness, and excellence.
