Complete the St. Sebastian Sports Program registration form
You will receive a confirmation email from Mr. Jeff Cey
The $50 program fee will be added to your SchoolCash Online account
You will receive an email notification once the fee is available for payment
New to Lakeland Catholic School Division
Register your child with Lakeland Catholic School Division
Complete the St. Sebastian Sports Program registration form
You will receive a confirmation email from Mr. Jeff Cey with next steps
You will then be asked to visit your child’s school to submit the $50 program deposit (cash or cheque)
Our Vision
LCSD’s St. Sebastian Sports Program exists to develop students who pursue excellence in sport as a pathway to growth in character, discipline, and faith.
Rooted in Catholic faith and the 5 Marks of Catholic School Identity, the program trains the body and forms the heart through high-quality skill development, disciplined work habits, and intentional leadership formation.
Inspired by St. Sebastian’s courage and perseverance, students are encouraged to compete with integrity, lead with humility, and offer their gifts in service to others — in their program, in their classrooms, on their teams, in their schools, and in the wider community.
What Is the St. Sebastian Sports Program?
LCSD’s St. Sebastian Sports Program is a multi-sport, long-term initiative that helps students develop athletic skill, disciplined work habits, leadership, and Catholic character.
This program is about more than performance. It is about helping students discover their gifts, work toward excellence, and grow in perseverance, humility, and confidence.
Through focused training, strong mentorship, and faith-filled formation, students are encouraged to develop as athletes and as young people called to lead, serve, and witness to Christ in their schools and communities.
Why St. Sebastian?
St. Sebastian is recognized as the Church’s patron saint of athletes and is a fitting model for a program rooted in perseverance, courage, and faith.
His witness reflects the kind of formation this program seeks to encourage in students: strength with humility, commitment with integrity, and a willingness to keep going through challenge and growth.
Because this is a multi-sport program focused on long-term development, discipline, and excellence, St. Sebastian provides a strong and meaningful Catholic foundation.

Students will be encouraged to pursue excellence while maintaining balance, well-being, and academic success.
Coaching Opportunities
Lakeland Catholic School Division is seeking experienced and passionate coaches to lead sport-specific training within the St. Sebastian Sports Program.
Instructors will play a key role in developing student-athletes in skill, discipline, and character within a faith-centred environment.
