This month, our Mental Health Matters Campaign is focusing on reducing stigma. Stigma is when someone sees you in a negative way because of your mental illness. #MentalHealthMatters

All Lakeland Catholic buses are cancelled today (January 12) due to extreme cold temperatures. Schools remain open and parents/guardians are asked to contact their child(ren)'s school should they be absent.

Today, Superintendent Sheldon Germain shared a special blessing with each class at École Notre Dame Elementary School. This blessing, which is written above the door to their classroom, using blessed chalk, is a reminder that each of them is blessed with a special gift from God. Germain will be travelling to each school, sharing the same blessing with all Lakeland Catholic classes over the next few weeks.
